Matthew Porter is Director of Legal Technology
Matt oversees Falcon’s technology solutions. In this role, he maintains a deep understanding of e-discovery technologies, including emerging tools, hardware, and applications.
Before joining Falcon, Matt was Senior Client Manager at Xerox Litigation Services, where he provided case management and electronic discovery services to top law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to his time at Xerox, he practiced law at McKenna & Cuneo (Washington D.C.), Faegre & Benson (Denver) and at his own litigation consulting practice.
Matt is often a featured speaker on e-discovery issues and has published articles about legal issues affecting software development.
Matt holds a law degree from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and in English from Hofstra University.
